I have three amazing grown children that I couldn't be more proud of, and an incredible husband that I couldn't do without. As it was always my dream in life to have my own little family, I was hit with an unexpected crossroads when my youngest child left for college. Though I had heard that being an "empty nester" was a sought after day, I felt far from enthused and can only compare it to being fired from a job. I had poured into my children for all of these years... now what? This harsh reality challenged me for the first time to seek out what it was that I was called to do. Beyond being a mother and a wife, what had God placed me on this earth for? Over the years I have been on a relentless trek to chase after MY dreams. What is my dream you ask? Helping others! Through the years I raised my children, my husband and I established a non-profit organization, traveled to 17 nations for missions work, and also founded and pastored our own church. Though I had helped thousands discover their path, I had actually lost my own by the time my children were moving out. I knew I had great things in me but was unsure how to tap into them. One day, after a little soul, searching, and a lot of prayers, God dropped the toolkit to my dreams right in my lap. I suddenly was the new tenant of a cute little empty building where I would soon open up my very own business.
I went from being a mom to a mom-preneur, and built a six-figure retail business from the ground up. I proved to myself, and am now here to encourage you that it CAN be done!
My retail business taught me more than I actually realized at the time. It was a stepping stone, and a season. It was a endeavor that fulfilled my dreams, and built my confidence. I built relationships, challenged my abilities, and broke mental barriers of fear that I had been carrying for years. As my season in retail came to an end, I have now utilized my capsule of experience to my life-coaching business with my husband, Kent. We are both certified speakers, trainers, and coaches with the largest Personal Development company in the world, the John Maxwell Group.
I am passionate about helping women find their purpose and developing the life of their dreams. I offer services to non-profits, churches, women's organizations, and businesses, multi-level marketing dream teams of all sizes. I've always loved my family, but I now also love my LIFE!
